The whale-bar

High above Boucan Canot, the Whale Bar is a refined pause—an effortless blend of ocean air, golden light and mountain views on the West coast. In the austral winter, keep an eye on the horizon: whales often glide past just offshore.
Enjoy a carefully curated drinks list, selected wines and gourmet tapas to pair with your cocktails.
Open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the Whale Bar invites you to explore the menu and savour the rooftop at its most memorable.

The SPA

With our CORAL SPA wellness space, enjoy a massage and hammam access before ordering your cocktail. Choose from a range of tailored options—facials, body treatments and personalised massages. Whether you’re looking to unwind, detox, release tension, rehydrate or tone up, our spa team is here to recommend the treatment that best suits your needs.
Spa services are delivered in partnership with an external provider, bringing in experienced practitioners who use natural products developed with sustainability in mind.
The spa is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Bookings can be made at reception.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or contraindications before your session.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment; otherwise, 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

On our rooftop terrace, we offer a generous breakfast buffet so you can start the day at your best, overlooking the Indian Ocean. We focus on fresh, high-quality produce, paired with attentive, personalised service.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and can also be delivered to your room on request.
